Your initial install was in our former residence. When we moved to our newly built home, you removed from the theater room in the former residence the screen and components for us for the move to our new home.
The quality of your work is excellent. We needed additional speakers and technical components for the new residence. You came to the new residence and researched what would be needed for the new install. You listened to what we thought we wanted and needed and then you made suggestions as to what we should look for and purchase. You made suggestions regarding the whole spectrum of possibilities (speakers, receivers, etc.). During installation, wiring challenges (made by the builder) were no match for you and Felix. You met them head on and figured out the problems. You explained the technical aspects of the components (how to work the remote) with patience. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up. Mark and I are very pleased and highly recommend your company and services. When and if we need to expand our audio/visual needs, our first call will be to Residential Audio/Visual.
