Jeff Napier I spent months designing and building the perfect Home Theater room for my family to enjoy for years to come. I wanted the best equipment so I went with Pioneer Elite and the 1080i Sony projector. I shopped around more for the instillation company that I did the equipment. I know that no matter how much you spend if the equipment is not set up properly your system is worthless. After speaking to many people the Home Entertainment Store directed me to Residential Audio Video. This was a late afternoon on a Saturday. So I called to leave a message to have the company return my call on Monday... But someone from the staff of Residential Audio video answered, after asking about what my needs are they suggested they come out. On a Saturday? After talking with them for over an hour I hired them.. Even though they had many jobs lined up he knew that I was ready to get my project finished. They worked that Sunday and early Monday to have my system up and running! I am an electronics guy and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job on any type of equipment.
