Jeff Napier I spent months designing and building the perfect Home Theater room for my family to enjoy for years to come.. I wanted the best equipment so I went with Pioneer Elite and the 1080i Sony projector... I shopped around more for the instillation company that I did the equipment. I know that no matter how much you spend if the equipment is not set up properly your system is worthless. After speaking to many people the Home Entertainment Store directed me to Flielx. This was a late afternoon on a Saturday. So I called to leave a message to have the company return my call on Monday.. But Felix answered, after asking about what my needs are he suggested he come out. On a Saturday? After talking with him for over an hour I hired him.. Even though he had many jobs lined up he knew that I was ready to get my project finished.. He worked on his day off Sunday and early Monday to have my system up and running?
