After researching numerous companies in the Houston area, I called a
reputable home theater store that actually referred me to Residential
A/V saying that they were “the best in Houston for the type of
installation that we were looking for”. We needed our flat screen
television mounted to our brick fireplace and wanted to make sure that
we were getting someone knowledgeable and experienced. I couldn’t
have been more pleased not only with the end result, but the entire
process to get there. They were very methodical in planning all of
the steps and discussing their ideas with me before any holes were
drilled into our fireplace. I couldn’t have been happier with their
work – it was better than I had envisioned it to be. After installing
it, they gave me a quick course on how to work all of the various
components. I would definitely recommend them. They were a pleasure
to do business with.
